Updates and Reminders:

The Lump Sum, or first payment, for the Siding Special Assessment is due on September 1st. If you have any questions about the amount, please contact: Caroline@acihoa.com

Special Note : Townhouse owners will be receiving the bill for the Special Assessment in the mail the week of August 18th.

At the Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, August 19, the Board unamiously determined to grant an extension to the deliquency date of the Lump Sum or first payment for the Siding Special assessment to Friday, October 31, 2008.
