Welcome Home to MOTA Ranch
MOTA RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is comprised of 174 single family homes and 128 townhouses, nestled on a bluff overlooking the Delta. Our community provides us an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but offers us the convenience of easy access to shopping, transportation and local entertainment.

MOTA Ranch Community Meetings

Homeowner Meeting:
3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at:

  • Denny's Restaurant @ 1313 Willow Pass Road, Concord
    (at the corner of Willow Pass and Diamond Blvd)
    Meeting will be held in the private dining room, and refreshments will be served.
  • The next MOTA Ranch Meeting is scheduled for TUESDAY, January 17th.

Landscape Committee Meeting:
Committee Chairperson: Jennifer Kearns
We aim to meet the 3rd Monday of every month, however, this sometimes changes depending upon weather, and schedules. We meet at the Townhouse Tot Lot.

We meet on an as needed basis, as requests are submitted by the Homeowners.

CERT Committee:
Committee Chairperson: Tom Spohn
We presently do not meet with regularity or frequency.

Mailbox Committee:
Committee Chairpersons: Gloria Padilla, Nick Ortega & Larry Morin
We meet on an as needed basis, to review options for mailbox replacement in the townhouses.
