ALERT: Car Vandalism in the Townhouses
It was reported to the Property Management company on 10/28 that another car on Manuel Court has been broken into. Taken was the car registration and a mileage log. Please make sure that you don't leave anything visible in your car if parking it outside, make sure that the doors are locked, and please make sure that you notify the Sheriff if you have an incident.

REMINDER: Architectural Changes
If you're making Architectural changes to your house, you must first get approval from the Board of Directors to do so. You can simply fill out the Architectural Review Form, and submit it for approval at the next Board of Directors meeting.
