TOWNHOUSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

BEWARE OF FIREWORKS !

Mota Ranch has had 2 instances of houses burned by illegal fireworks.

There is no such thing as safe fireworks. Sparklers, nightcrawlers, etc., all operate at extremely high temperatures and are extreme fire hazards. Fireworks can cause 3rd degree burns and result in death.

Fireworks are illegal. If you use them, you are criminally and financially responsible for the cost of putting out the fire, the damage it does, and, if someone is injured (regardless of whether it is the person setting them off), you will go to jail.

Fireworks are illegal to buy, sell or give away. If you have fireworks, you should turn them in to the Police or Fire Department.
